Perfect match with: pork, poultry, seafood, lamb and all kinds of vegetables.
How to use: immerse the pieces of wood in water for at least 20 minutes; then add them to the incandescent charcoal. They can be used in gas or electric barbecues but using a smoker or placing them on a previously perforated aluminium tray.
