We offer Free Delivery of quality products, quickly and efficiently, with a low £30 minimum spend. Online orders are limited to a 15 mile radius of our base in Newcastle upon Tyne, but we cover most NE, SR and DH postcodes with a higher minimum spend or a delivery charge. Our shop in Newcastle is open for collection and phone orders. In-shop discounting currently works on price breaks and there are some slight disparities between that and the online store, some less, some more. In-shop price breaks will soon be changed to the same online discounting structure.
Grainger Stoves and Fireplaces trade above our premises and offer a full installation service for solid fuel, gas and electric.
